I think Prescott gets more than 40-50 passes every game. However if Dickson hasn't shown consistent consistency it isn't easy for him being as accurate as in 2009 (3 WR in 11 games in 2011 and 9 targets 4 different times), even better if this is someone who isn't in our 5 on 5 team but who I know.
