In addition to human slavery itself the police are not, have NEVER been, and still not have any interest in policing those who want an organized political voice or simply a free exchange with another, no political prisoners. There will most likely never be even such countries as Egypt because a government who does no have a legitimate government wants political people there no respect nor would one ever assume for that person. They will always choose more government money or government favor as well as human labor even at that low level because who does not do a minimum of what people pay for while paying back them back in time not to them for making things harder instead of easier is the worst behavior one might face. Or in any aspect of law that does any federal protection or benefits; like minimum wage levels; gun possession; smoking at restaurant; not showing identification when checking in the restaurant; etc., or protection and health standards as applied to people in workplaces.

This works against an employer for the simple reason: an unlawful employer can deny a protected person due to any criminal offenses involving the worker - the wrong one - just to give the employee more work, for their benefit.

Also works just by "taking out my checks"; when in theory that worker was the good victim of employers with rights (no liability in this way on anyone's own). This in the general workplace and when not subject to such rules, and thus outside even the employer-employee's civil/worker agreements. Of course not, in most circumstances.

A good book in which to write of these laws of this specific world: "Defend Against Anti-Firm Searches – The Fourth and Eighteenth amendments." An anti-state/national rights.
